All offers of employment are contingent on the verification of your right to work in the United Sates. On your first day you must provide the original documents verifying this. Proper documentation must be provided to comply with the Immigration Reform and Control act of 1986 (IRCA). There are four potential employment positions here at BruBakers:
Barista Description: A barista is responsible for the preparation of hot and cold beverages, sale of baked goods, cash register transactions, product merchandising, store cleanliness, and consistently providing “Best Brewed, Fresh Baked” customer experiences. A barista earns an hourly wage, and maybe considered a limited part-time, regular part-time, or regular full-time employee, depending on the number of regularly scheduled hours worked per workweek.
Shift Supervisor Description: A shift supervisor performs all the duties of a Barista, as well as directing the work of others and assisting Assistant Manager(s) and Store Manager(s) in carrying out store operations during their scheduled shift, as well as supporting the team in consistently providing the “Best Brewed, Fresh Baked” customer experience. A shift supervisor earns an hourly wage, and may be considered a regular part-time, regular full-time employee depending on the number of hours generally worked per workweek
Assistant Manager Description: An Assistant Store Manager assists the Store manager in the planning and execution of store operations of a specified Brubakers retail store, ensuring that the customer consistently receives the Brubakers “Best Brewed, Fresh Baked” customer experience. An assistant Store Manager is salaried, and considered a regular full-time employee, generally scheduled to work 40 hours per workweek.
Store Manager Description: The Store Manager will plan and coordinate the operations of a specified retail store, directing the work of all store employees. The store Manager is responsible for personnel decisions, payroll, scheduling and fiscal decisions. The store Manager is salaried and is considered a regular full-time employee, generally scheduled to work 40 hours per workweek.
